Are the prices per taxi or per person?
All our prices are per taxi.
Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
Ercan Taxi charges the same rate for all occupied seats. Please note that babies may not travel for free on an adult’s lap.
Does the transfer vehicle have seat belts?
All our vechicles include seat belts following local regulations.
I have lost my luggage. Will Ercan Taxi collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.
Is your company licensed and fully insured?
What do I need to do when crossing the border from South to North Cyprus?
You do not need to do anything. The taxi driver will take care of all formalities. He will give you your visa form, which you need to keep safe until your return.
What happens if I cannot find my driver?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Do not worry. Regardless of how long the delay will be, your driver and vehicle will be waiting for you. We are in constant contact with the arrival lounges and airplane information points for that reason and we will make everything possible to adjust your vehicle pick up time. However you are strongly advised to confirm your updated travel arrangements.
Will the driver really wait for me? How will they know it’s me?
Yes, the driver will of course be waiting for you. We monitor all flights. This is why you are asked to enter your flight arrival details. It is important that these are correct. Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival point bearing a sign with YOUR name clearly displayed. If for any reason you do not locate the driver or the driver cannot locate you (delay at customs, arriving a different exit, etc) we will try to contact you on the telephone number supplied in your booking form. It is your responsibility to contact us on the emergency telephone number as clearly stated on your confirmation e-mail. Please note, failing to do so might result in cancellation service.
